Learn thoughtfully. Use the tools responsibly.

The scope and limitations of the current Urdu to English learning project.

An educational resource

This website offers self-study material and practice tools. It does not award accredited qualifications, guarantee fluency or provide official IELTS results. Use the materials as one part of learning, alongside real conversations and qualified teaching when needed.

Accuracy and corrections

Lessons and AI outputs can contain mistakes. Check information that matters, and use the correction workflow when you notice a problem. Community dictionary entries have their own source and licence. The current content has not all received independent expert review.

Your own work

Do not submit private or unlawful content to the AI tools. Use feedback to improve your own writing rather than presenting someone else’s work as yours. You retain responsibility for how you use a translation or suggested answer.

Availability and limits

The static lessons and browser practice do not need an API key. Live AI depends on a configured provider, network availability and usage limits. Features can be temporarily unavailable. Progress stored only in your browser can be lost if that storage is cleared.

Content rights

Original lesson text and website assets are distinct from the adapted dictionary dataset. Dictionary text is available under CC BY-SA 4.0 as described on the dictionary page. Third-party resources remain subject to their own rights and terms. No partnership with referenced organisations is implied.

Free access and future changes

The current learning website is free to use. There is no subscription checkout, recurring charge or paid account in this release. If optional paid features or advertising are introduced, their terms, price and privacy effects will be explained before you choose them. Existing use does not authorise a future charge. We may improve, replace or retire features; keep a backup of progress you want to retain.

Respectful use and contact

Do not disrupt the website, attempt unauthorised access or send abusive or unlawful material. Younger learners should use support and external services with guidance from a parent or teacher. This project is maintained by Basharat. Contact contact@urdutoenglish.net for questions, accessibility problems, rights concerns or corrections. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
