Choose how you read
Lessons include English, Urdu and Roman Urdu explanations. Urdu text uses right-to-left direction and a readable Arabic-script typeface. You can use your browser’s zoom controls; the layout adjusts to smaller screens and larger text.
Use a keyboard
Interactive controls are native buttons, links and form fields. A Skip to content link appears when focused. Visible focus outlines help show your location. Quizzes provide written feedback, so an answer does not depend on colour alone.
Audio is optional
English examples are written on the page as well as available through listen buttons. The recorder is optional, and written exercises remain available without a microphone. IELTS listening practice includes a transcript for review. Device voices differ, and some browsers do not provide Urdu audio.
Motion and timed activities
This website does not use continuously moving banners. Reduced-motion preferences disable transitions and smooth scrolling. You can also switch animations off using the header or footer control. Short sound effects accompany actions, answers and completed practice after interaction. Use Sound on/off in the header or footer to mute them; your choice is remembered. All sound feedback also has visible text. Effects pause during pronunciation playback and recording. Dark mode is the initial theme; the header colour-theme button switches to light mode and saves your choice on this device. The IELTS practice timer can be paused or reset; it does not submit or delete your writing when time expires.
Testing and feedback
These choices are part of the implementation, not a claim of an independent accessibility certification. Assistive-technology testing and ongoing learner feedback should guide improvements. Use Corrections & feedback to prepare a report if something is difficult to use.
